Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:                             
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 152(RLS)                                                                 
     "An Act relating to brewpub licenses; and providing for an                                     
     effective date."                                                                               
                                                                                                    
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
